Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how you can request the deletion of any data Sajni Beauty Care
has collected about you through conversations with our Facebook Page, সাজনি বিউটি কেয়ার- Sajni Beauty Care,
on Messenger.

How to Request Deletion

You can request deletion of your data using either method below:

Option 1 — Message us directly
Send a message to our Facebook Page with the text: “Delete my data”
We will locate and remove your stored conversation data.
Option 2 — Email us
Send an email to sajnibeautycare@gmail.com with the subject line
“Data Deletion Request”, including the name or phone number you used when messaging our Page
so we can locate your records.

What Gets Deleted

  • Your message history stored on our servers (questions asked, order details you shared with us).
  • Any log entries containing your Page-Scoped User ID (PSID) or message content.

What We Cannot Delete on Your Behalf

  • Copies of the conversation retained by Meta/Facebook within Messenger itself — these are controlled by Meta’s own data retention policies. You can manage or delete your own Messenger message history directly within the Facebook/Messenger app.
  • Records we are legally required to keep (for example, completed order/payment records needed for accounting or tax purposes, which we retain only as long as required by law).

Processing Time

We will process and complete your deletion request within 30 days of receiving it, and will confirm once it’s done.
